Kind and efficient management
Very nice experience. Our agent, Federica Petrocca, was very kind and helpful at all times. I very much appreciated that she was able to speed the process so I could successfully collect our keys before scheduled in spite of the coronavirus lockdown.
Very Happy
Good communication, efficient service, everything went well!
5 Stars
Great and smooth service, they made the process really easy and logical to follow, loved the paperless flow
A positive experience
We received excellent service from Federica at Martin & Co in Cambridge, right from her initial response to our request for a house to a let, through to the preparation of contracts and arrangements for access to the property. She understood our needs and the time pressures that we were under, yet also exerted no pressure during times of uncertainty that invariably arise during property transactions and moves. Always polite and courteous and when a problem arose she and her colleagues were happy to help sort out. A positive experience all round so far.
Great experience with Eleanor at Martin & Co leasing a flat
I had a great experience dealing with Eleanor to lease a flat through Martin & Co. She was friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the process.
Incredibly helpful!
The team at Martin & Co were incredibly helpful during my rental process-- from booking viewings filing paperwork and answering all my questions in between, I felt that I was always in good hands. Eleanor was a great contact to have in the office as well, her organisation kindness and quick responses meant the world! I was able to find a great place in less than a week and I'm so grateful to Martin & Co for all their clarity and guidance.
Excellent service
I recently rented a flat through Martin & Co. I found their letting process straightforward and efficient, and I'm now settled happily in a new home. Federica that dealt with my application was exceptional - talented, helpful, knowledgeable. She answered all questions promptly and ensured all the procedures were not delayed.I’m very pleased with how she helped me, from start to finish especially in a period so stressful as time was an issue. Thanks so much. Highly Recommended!
Washing machine issue// Amelia Perez
My boyfriend and I are renting an apartment in at Matthews Gardens and recently we started to experience some problems with the washing machine. We contacted the agency to let the know and the agent in charge to deal with it was Amelia Perez. She was not only very professional and quick dealing with the issue, but also, very kind, super helpful and understanding. And because her professionalism, our problem was resolved in only few days. We have been so lucky to have had her in charge of our problem!! So, thank you very very much again for everything and also to our landlord. Regards, Neil and Sara
