My family and I have been looked for properties for sale in Cambridge for almost a year. It’s quite difficult bitting ever offered quite a lot higher than the listed price as always quite a lot buyers interest to good properties in Cambridge. Our first offer to a property A from Martine was rejected almost 6 months ago which the vendors have emigrated to the other country. We reconnected with Martine in an opportunity through a view of property B. We asked if vendor of property A still interested to sale. The agents from Marine, particularly Joe & his colleagues, relayed our message to the vendors and fortunately got a positive feedback. We started our purchase procedures since May2023 and completed in Sep2023. Throughout the process, Joe has always gave clear and repaid responses to our enquires and assistant. Though there’s time different between the vendors’ side and UK, Joe managed everything effectively and it definitely helps the progress. Martine & Co Cambridge is definitely recommended for buyers/vendors of Cambridge properties.

Very pleased with Martin & Co so far. What distinguishes them from other agents is that they make you feel like a human and not like a cash machine. Eleanor Pettet was our agent and she was very professional and friendly, mediating our discussions with our landlord and ensuring we have all we need, even working outside of office hours to reply to us!
