Having tried 3 other estate agents I tried Your Move. The manager was very quick to arrange a personal visit and gave a fair valuation. The house sold very quickly for very near asking price. Sure the sale process took a little longer than we would have hoped, but with Covid delays affecting everything this was to be expected and to be fair most of the delays were due to the legal teams on both sides working from home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Your Move Bury and would certainly use them again should I need to sell again.

Couldn’t fault the service from start to finish provided by Becky at Your Move and Natalie Bentley at Embrace Financial Services. Initially I had a mortgage provider in mind but when I booked to view a property with Your Move they recommended Natalie. Natalie was extremely professional and friendly and found me a mortgage with a fantastic interest rate. The interest rate couldn’t be met by the mortgage provider that I had been with for many years. Becky was also on hand to answer all my property questions and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend both Your Move and EFS as you won’t be disappointed.

On their site you can see who is viewing your house along with their time slot, we found this a nice touch. Jonathan in particular has been brilliant.
