I was really struggling with finding a good mortgage advisor and trying to secure a mortgage, but as soon as I spoke to Natalie I knew she was the right woman for the job. Natalie has upheld a fantastic level of service with her customer centred approach, keeping me up to date every step of the way and always going above and beyond to deal with any questions or concerns. The service received from valuation stage through to completion of sale was excellent. All the staff were always available to help, they supported with viewings and kept me fully updated throughout the whole process. Selling can be stressful, but Your Move, especially Becky, made it much easier.
