My first encounter was in person with Sarah Nourse and I found her to be welcoming, incredibly professional and efficient and this turned out to be an accurate first impression. She is a woman of her word, was really great to deal with and made the process of arranging viewings, and subsequently agreeing on a purchase as stress-free as it could have been under the circumstances. Overall I don't imagine I could have had a better experience of buying my first house than I had with the team at Oulsnam and all my dealings with them were in massive contrast to my experiences with some of their local competitors (the less said about them, the better!)
