We have just used Henshaws to sell my parents house. We had great service from all the staff but especially Graham. Henshaws kept an eye on the empty property all through lockdown and as soon as lockdown started to ease they were back on the case. We had good advice from them as to the state of the property market after lockdown even though they obviously had nothing to compare it with. They definitely went the extra mile keeping the property maintained and I would thoroughly recommend them as a friendly, professional and reliable business.

Henshaws did a superlative job in managing the sale of my late Father’s house. The house went on the market just before the start of the lockdown, but with some persistence we ended with an offer at the original pre C-19 asking price. They also ensured the house was looked after during lockdown, when we couldn’t visit it, and always came up trumps in finding someone to deal with those little jobs, e.g grass cutting , during the marketing period. All in all a very smooth transaction, particularly given the circumstances.
