Estate agents sometimes come with bad reputations but that is definitely not my experience of Mackay. Michael who was my agent there was absolutely superb from start to finish. He was always professional, friendly, polite and went over and above in what ended up being a long and difficult move. He kept me well informed at every step of the way and was very knowledgeable on both the property I was buying and the whole process. We have been using Mackay to manage our rental property since we purchased it through their office three years ago and have been very happy with the service provided. The fee we pay is fantastic value for the peace of mind provided by having such a professional team look after our property and tenants. Knowing that the ever-changing rules and regulations are being addressed is very reassuring to me. Rent is usually paid to our bank account promptly and any issues with the property have been dealt with in a timely manner. Earlier this year our tenants gave notice, we wanted to use this as an opportunity to carry out some maintenance and update the property.
