Since Samantha Astle has taken over my rented property, the experience I have received is great. She takes ownership of the property and all issues associated with it. I look forward in working with Samantha in the future with all aspects of my rented property.

I don't write that many reviews, but in the case of Nicholas Humphreys, I'm making a rare exception. We were looking for a rental property and of all the agents we contacted across numerous geographical locations, they were the only agency who stood by their word and did what they agreed to do and by when it needed to be done. No having to take time out of my busy schedule to chase and they were prepared to act quickly with viewings even though I know it put them to trouble. Needless to say, they came through like real champions! I would highly recommend them if reliability is something that you value.

Transferred the rental management of my mothers bungalow to Nicholas Humphreys from another local estate agent. Wow, exceeded all expectations. Agreed competitive T&C's, online property promotion and secured a new tenant all within 3 (YES THREE) days. Outstanding performance. Special mention to Simon Smith Manager who put himself out to make this happen and Stephanie Power who kept us informed by email all the way. Couldn't recommend this Company and it's staff highly enough.

I've had an excellent experience with Nicolas Humphreys, as they have been extremely proactive in getting my property rented out. Everyone I have spoken to in the office have been very professional and helpful making both myself and tenants very happy. Most recently, I've been speaking with Stephanie Powers in Referencing who has been excellent at communicating progress and completing references speedily. Furthermore both Matt Wright (who manages the property) and Simon Smith (director) have been great to work with.

This review refers solely to the Burton Branch. Professional, thorough, honest, straightforward and easy to both talk to and deal with. My current property manager Amber is a credit to the company. She listens, offers advice and suggestions and has guided me through the details of legal actions. She has one particularly difficult tenant and has been at pains to get him to reply to communications. Backed up by manager Matt, I am more than happy to recommend this company. My one negative observation is that it is at times a tad difficult to follow the logic of the accounts department. They have occasionally referred to themselves as N. Humphreys, but for some odd reason they also go under the title of White Kite.
