A lovly gentalman called Paul was dealing with the property, he kept to his word and made me feel valued as a tenant, I lived in a old house and was in a hurry to move out, he made it simple and easy while answering all the questions I asked with helpful information, I'm now in my new house all settled in and can thank Paul for leasing between myself and the landlord to make this less stressful 😊 Couldn't fault him on bit, Thank you !

I’ve rented various properties over the yrs but Since my last property with Nicholas Humphreys I won’t rent through anyone else. The service was exceptional and nothing was to much trouble. Really can’t praise the staff and property manager enough.

All the member of staff do really good job. Eileen was in the past our helper- she’s done amazing job. Matt is my brother ‘s helper, he was really helpful and he’s done his job perfectly.Paul Wills is our helper now from Burton branch. He is really helpful, always do his best, I know if my family ‘s got any problem or questions he’ll sorted in short time! He always answer the emails, phone calls. I think this House agent the best!
