I've had an excellent experience with Nicolas Humphreys, as they have been extremely proactive in getting my property rented out. Everyone I have spoken to in the office have been very professional and helpful making both myself and tenants very happy. Most recently, I've been speaking with Stephanie Powers in Referencing who has been excellent at communicating progress and completing references speedily. Furthermore both Matt Wright (who manages the property) and Simon Smith (director) have been great to work with.
