After searching for a rental property, Reeds Rains were very helpful in helping me secure my first home. There were a few glitches along the way but Phil was on the other end of the phone chasing things up and he made sure things were tied up, signed and keys handed over on the date he promised. I have just recently taken over a rental property with Reeds Rains, i originally rang up about a different property and spoke to Phil, he explained in more detail about the property I was interested in and we came to a agreement it probably wasn’t suitable for what I needed, and he advised me that there was one he thought would be better suited to me coming up soon and he would contact me when it was ready, he was absolutely brilliant and phoned me back as stated and got me a viewing on the property the following week. The property he suggested for me was perfect and I was lucky enough to picked by the landlord for the property, Phil was always very friendly and professional through out the whole process, he explained everything in detail and made me aware I could contact him with any questions/problems, I needed some documentation from him and he was always straight on with it and got it sorted. I must say that after a few months living in my rental property which was rented through Reeds Rains, that they are honestly a really good estate agent. I have had several negative experiences in the past when it came to enquiring about properties and getting paperwork done, and even dealing with issues once moved into a house, but so far all I have experienced with Reeds Rains is positive. All I have to do is send a single email to my Reeds Rains rep and within an hour during working hours I have solutions presented to me to help fix whatever the issue is. They are easy to get hold of and they have not given us any issues throughout our time here so far. When the time comes, me and my family are going to be happy to sign another contract with Reeds Rains because we have had nothing but positive experiences, even if we have had any issues to resolve. Phil at Burnley has been my family's rep and he has been very attentive and responsive - thank you for all the support you have given us so far it's greatly appreciated.
