I have been a tenant of Reeds Rains for 2 years and have never been sorry to be in a property managed by them. Any problems have been resolved easily and quickly, they are very approachable and easy to talk to and manage the property really well.

I called in at Reeds Rains in Burnley on 9th January to ask if they sold properties at auction. Dawn told me yes they do. So I put my Brierfield property with them. I then more or less sat back and watched on as they worked brilliantly in partnership with the auctioneers and solicitors they team up with. In one day less than 8 weeks they had between them produced the online advertising, the auction pack, carried out all the viewings, held the online auction, and taken the conveyancing process right through to Completion. Quite remarkable. From start to finish, from enquiry to sale completion, just 55 days. This has to be the smoothest and most efficient piece of teamwork I have witnessed in all of my 72 years.
