I must say that after a few months living in my rental property which was rented through Reeds Rains, that they are honestly a really good estate agent. I have had several negative experiences in the past when it came to enquiring about properties and getting paperwork done, and even dealing with issues once moved into a house, but so far all I have experienced with Reeds Rains is positive. Due to living over 300 miles North I was unable to self manage my rental property in Padiham. Amazing service AGAIN Dawn. Sold our last house in July 23 to a perfect timescale and price. And just done it again. House placed on market in January 24 as advised. Offer within 4 weeks. And completed after another 9 weeks. When you expect an end of May completion and get job done by 2nd week of April after 2 Bank Holidays. Enough said. Highly recommended.
