Phil was knowledgeable about this property and had terrific rapport with both me and my son. He was very easy to talk to and no question was too much. Brilliant representative.

She was truly passionate about the project and guided us through the procedures as first time sellers, helping us choose the correct package, which resulted in the house selling within the first week of viewings. When things were dragging on with the conveyancing (completely out of her control) she leapt into action and brought things to a successful completion for both us and the buyer.
