From the friendly Dawn coming to value the house to all the staff team including Rachel and Sarah we were kept up to date and didn't feel like we were forgotten about. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

I have been working with Reeds Rains for some time. Regarding the initial set-up and administration we experienced delays in paperwork and replies that were frustrating. The lettings and maintenance teams however have done an excellent job at liaising with the tenants, tradesmen and ourselves. They can be relied on in an emergency which has been reassuring and useful.
