The team are extremely attentive, responding to emails or returning calls so good communication means that things can be resolved easily. They are helpful, efficient and pro-active in suggesting solutions. They have helped to co-ordinate maintenance work, finding reliable tradespeople whilst also finding new tenants within a quick turnaround. Whilst some agents do the minimum to manage properties, I feel that the staff at Reeds Rains go the extra mile. I do not have a large portfolio of properties but feel that I receive very good attention from the team and always feel informed.
