I have been using Reed Rains Estate Agents for full management of my properties in Burnley and Manchester. I first started with Reed Rains with one property two years ago and handed them the second property in Manchester sometime in August, 2019. Based on their performance in full management of these two properties, I handed the third property into their care in October 2019. From experience, I have found Reed Rains very effective with finding, managing tenants, analysing issues and solving problems pragmatically and embarking on balanced risk taking in terms of tenant rent defaults should it arise. As a player can make a significant difference in a team (Re Messi in Barcelona), I will particularly single out and highlight the contributions of Mollie who has consistently demonstrated an excellent understanding of client needs and an ability to translate vague notions into viable actions while exercising a positive can do attitude. For instance, my third property was a hard nut to crack in terms of finding a tenant who is willing to rent it because of its location. However, Mollie was able to find a tenant in record time which is commendable and laudable. With this experience, I am already envisaging Reed Rains being entrusted with the fourth property for them to manage in the future.
