The staff were so friendly and reassuring at every contact, they dealt with any query promptly and professionally and regularly kept me up to date throughout the processs. Particular thanks to Dawn who mainly handled the sale and Kev the resident mortgage advisor was great also. Having had a poor experience previously with a different estate agent (who over priced and blatently lied about a property 's condition and then when asking for my feedback proceeded to argue with me, stating I and my knowledgable trademan's second opinion was wrong regarding the obvious condition of the property) there was a stark difference in the service provided by Reeds Rains!
