Burnham office provided an accurate valuation with a clear indication of the advantages and disadvantages the property offered to buyers. Within a short period of time a number of potential buyers were found and after a few eventful viewings an offer was made and the asking price achieved. The office were also helpful in sourcing an efficient solicitor, removal services plus signing off identification documents which eliminated the need to find and pay a solicitor to carry out this task, very useful. Communications provided the support needed to complete the sale and completion was achieved just under 3 months which considering some of the difficulties encountered was a good achievement. Wendy is a real asset to the letting business at Burnham, she was very good with us and our tenant during our interaction with them as a landlord. But our experience of the rest of the letting team is disappointing. You need to chase, chase and chase to get anywhere. Emails not replied to, phone messages never returned; their attention to detail is really lacking. The experience has put us off letting the property in the future.
