Really disappointed, errors made on the listing, only altered because I pointed them out. Advised of our intended completion date but not followed up with either myself or the buyers. Only realised we'd actually completed 6 days after when checking on progress. I actually told a member of staff on the phone 3 days before but could tell it was 'going over their head' Complained about the service when I received the invoice stating I should be invoiced reflecting the work they actually did. Have been provided a timeline of events by the manager stating they did all they could. Strongly disagree as I even introduced the buyer hoping for a pain-free sale. Webbers did nothing to facilitate the sale, did it all myself. Have spoken to the buyer who confirms they only spoke to them once . No follow up support from the moment of offer agreed. Shockingly unprofessional service which, I would never recommend and have already advised a friend as such who has 3 properties to sell. I will continue to share my views until my invoice is adjusted satisfactorily reflecting exactly what was done. As the admin for the Penstowe Park owners group on both WhatsApp and Facebook groups owners approach me for opinion. I'm not impressed and believe in honesty and integrity providing value for money. I've received none as of yet

My girlfriend and I are needing to relocate to Oxfordshire so have been trying to find somewhere to rent. Found a nice property advertised by Newmans & enquired. Absar replied with some information but could not be flexible in viewings at all despite knowing it's a 200+ mile roundtrip for us. No weekend viewings. No virtual viewings.

Avoid at all costs. Myself and my housemate were renting and received awful, awful service. We were given no support for the many issues we had, including no hot water or heating through Christmas and Winter, and a two meter crack in the …

Rented a house with them a couple of years ago and the agent was rude, unresponsive, and refused to answer clearly to our questions (I suppose they weren't sure about the answer but didn't want to admit it). Fortunately, the landlord was much more responsive, though rightfully upset about having to do the agency's job. We thought it was just that particular agent being unprofessional, but we recently booked a viewing with the sales team and the agent that showed us around was equally awful: he just looked at his phone the whole time we were there and made us feel like he was making us a huge favour being there. Glad we didn't end up buying the property and hopefully won't ever have to deal with Newman Properties again.

To summarise the incompetence here, just compare these guys reviews to every other Leamington estate agent. [We were tenants but note for property owners we have another story relevant to them at the end of the review] Our experience with The Proprety Experts was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an estate agent for many reasons detailed below: - Worst of all was our actual experience dealing with Julie (as you can see from other reviews we are not the first). Without even talking about the patronising tone she would speak to you with, Julie consistently use aggressive and conflict inducing language. Would often quote legislation at us (incorrectly) to excuse any reason not to work despite the legislation not applying. She would often be unresponsive for sometimes weeks. At one point she said they weren't going to make any other fixes on the property as the property owner had already had to spend lots on fixes they should have done before someone live here! (We had no real issues with other team members, but there is clearly a leadership issue here that isn't being dealt with) - We were assured the property would be cleaned before we moved in and this categorically did not happen. The inventory report on our move in has the words "dusty", "grubby" and "dirty" repeatedly throughout every page and this does not do justice to the disgusting state of the property when we moved in. - We had countless issues within the property when we moved in (including but not limited to broken doors and water fixtures). None of these were even looked at within our first month at the property. - Even when we had been in the property longer, we were often waiting weeks to deal with even urgent issues such as doors randomly permanently locking (even those with no lock) behind you and WATER DRIPPING THROUGH A LIGHT FIXTURE! Though apparently these issues were never classed as "urgent" despite the fire risks. (I want to add to be clear, any labourers who did come the flat were also very helpful and professional, we never had an issue with their conduct) - When we moved in we were given a piece of paper (to leave on our dashboard) saying that we could park in our space until we ordered a pass for our flats private space and if there were any issues they would call the agency. We were inevitably given a £50 parking ticket due to meaninglessness of this piece of paper and when we asked the agency they said it was our fault for believing the paper would work and they would not deal with or cover the ticket. - Consistently the agents had no knowledge of the property including where our post was, bins, meters and our parking situation as previously stated. In summary, living in a property managed by this agency is one of the biggest regrets I have as it is induced unnecessary stress on me, my wife and a friend that lived with us. The reviews speak for themselves, stay far away! [For Property owners] We lived in the property for 3 years and at the end of the tenancy presumed there would be at least some deposit challenge for some cost impact we may have made to the property in that time. I would have considered at least a proposal reasonable considering but I honestly suspect they never even checked on the property after we moved out. They even asked us to provide the final meter readings to save them a trip around the corner, so we could have said anything! After a couple weeks, we just suddenly had our deposit appear in our account with no challenge. So I don't know who these guys are actually working for at this point, bloody useless all round.

I found the whole experience lacking in every respect - very poor communication - on one occasion travelled some 450 miles to discuss in person the sale of the property only to be kept standing in reception to discuss for probably no more than five minutes if that - Three months agency resulted in one viewing - Very quick to charge cancellation fee even before expiry of Agency Agreement - need I say more!

We are very sorry that the marketing of your property resulted in just one viewer in 3 months this is well below our usual client experience

Photographs outstanding but from a third party. Brochure took some rewording mainly by us. Not sure if it is down to problems with staffing in the office but communication was none existent. Personally would not recommend would use a more established firm in the town or even further afield.

Not good at all, phoned twice to view a property and never received a call back, very poor service.
