Webbers Estate Agents Bude

The Dorchester team of Stuart, Rebecca, and Michelle recently sold my cottage in Martinstown. Initial contact with Stuart was friendly with very knowledgeable advice on the market locally and tips on presentation. Very professional standards - viewings were always well organised and well communicated by others in the team, with feedback arriving shortly after each viewing. We did review and reduce the price after the initial viewings and feedback, and this brought forward a really good buyer, and the sale proceeded without hitch. Realistic sale price, realistic buyer. Very friendly and warm team, thank you.

We recently bought a house through Ashington Page, having viewed about 6 properties with 3 of their agents. All of the estate agents we met were lovely; informative, kind, honest, patient with our two young kids. They’re all very …

Tracey and the team were all fantastically helpful and responsive during my recent purchase. I highly recommend working with them

I cannot speak more highly of Sophie and Lisa. From the first moment I reached out Sophie got straight back to me and arranged a suitable time to come and see me. She was right on time and spent ages with me discussing all the different options available, and organised another appointment to take some photos and put my house on the market. I've had several viewings and each time either Sophie or Lisa came they always called me straight after to let me know how it went, and were both really honest. Due to my own circumstances changing unfortunately I've had to temporarily take the house off the market, but when delivering them this news they were absolutely wonderful and couldn't have been more supportive. I genuinely couldn't praise Sophie and Lisa more, I have used other agents in the area a few times and my experience with them both has completely restored all my faith in estate agents and I will have absolutely no hesitation in using them again when my circumstances change. 10/10 seriously and thank you so much.

Wow! How lucky was we to have Lisa throughout the process of buying our first home! She was fantastic from our first conversation right at the start of the process up until completing. She was kind, helpful and on the ball. Nothing was ever to much trouble for Lisa. She really took a massive weight of my shoulders and I’m so grateful. Thanks so much!!

Lisa was absolutely fantastic throughout our home-buying journey! She kept us updated and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her communication was brilliant and she stayed in touch with both our solicitor and the seller’s solicitor, which really kept things moving without any stress on our side. Lisa was always friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive, which made the whole process feel so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Lisa, for making this such a positive experience!

Lisa has been exceptional throughout the entire process of selling our house. She was always so enthusiastic, friendly and professional. Communication was brilliant and she never once lost focus on the goal. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Lisa and Ewemove whether you are selling or buying.

We have used Neilsons for nearly 40 years with all our house moves, wills and POA. This last 12 months we dealt with the Bonnyrigg branch as we had a couple of …

Donald Ross made the full process seamless and stress free. Handling every aspect right through multiple viewings and offers. I wouldn’t use anyone else

Fantastic Team and service! Really supporting and helpful with any request you may have. Positive experience!
