We sold our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market with Intercounty Bishops Stortford. Jake Morley, who works there, kept us up to date on everything and worked really hard on contacting potential buyers and booking in viewings. He was really good at answering any questions we had and kept us informed on the process of our house sale - THANK YOU JAKE!! Highly recommend :)

Whenever I need something done Olivia is there for me. What a wonderful person. So happy I’m dealing with her. Intercounty are very lucky to have Olivia on board. She needs a pay rise. We worked with Sarah over many years (1 rental and two sales) and had a very professional and helpful experience and so would highly recommend. Its a tough market with many stakeholders to manage and Sarah always has a practical and cheerful approach. She offers advice but is also flexible and able to follow clients wishes where they might differ.
