The Dorchester team of Stuart, Rebecca, and Michelle recently sold my cottage in Martinstown. Initial contact with Stuart was friendly with very knowledgeable advice on the market locally and tips on presentation. Very professional standards - viewings were always well organised and well communicated by others in the team, with feedback arriving shortly after each viewing. We did review and reduce the price after the initial viewings and feedback, and this brought forward a really good buyer, and the sale proceeded without hitch. Realistic sale price, realistic buyer.
