Webbers Estate Agents Bude

Fantastic experience from start to finish Doug and the team were fantastic and communicated every step of the way. Most definitely recommend selling your house through these guys! Thanks all

Helpful and very good at updating after viewings.

This was the first time I’d used The Property Centre, and I was really impressed from start to finish. They were incredibly professional, honest and direct — no fluff, just clear advice and open communication throughout. The WhatsApp group they set up made everything run so smoothly, with quick responses and everyone kept in the loop. Their communication was superb, the whole process felt speedy and well managed, and there was always an open and honest dialogue between everyone involved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Leah has been brilliant throughout the whole process. Selling itself is overwhelming, even more so when you have a lot of other things going on in your personal life - Leah has helped at every stage, reduced the stress/helped with many parts I’ve needed extra advice/support with. Would 10000% recommend to anyone looking into which estate agents to go with. Bethany JSV

I've been with the property centre for more than a year now as a landlord and can say that they are the best estate agents I've used. They are always available on the phone and are a pleasure to deal with. They are on the ball with tenants and properties and provide a really good service and value for money. I would definitely recommend them and their services.

I recently worked with Leah Bale at The Property Centre for a valuation of my flat and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the outset, Leah made the entire process straightforward and easy to navigate. The valuation was thorough and well-supported, with a clear and balanced market appraisal that gave me real confidence in the pricing and positioning. Communication was a real standout — Leah kept in regular contact throughout, providing timely updates and always being available to answer questions. This level of engagement made the process feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. What I particularly valued was Leah’s impartiality. The advice felt honest, considered, and genuinely focused on what was best for me, rather than simply pushing a sale. I would highly recommend Leah and The Property Centre to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy valuation service.

Freddie is great, very helpful and good communication

We have had an amazing experience finding our next home with Freddie at Move Revolution. He was professional and knowledgeable at the viewing, and through the process of having our offer accepted. It has been the easiest experience I have ever had with a letting agent as Freddie has always been so quick to respond to our queries. Thank you!

I was dreading having to find new tenants for my flat.. but Freddie Holland at Move Revolution found me some great tenants in just 3 days and was incredibly professional knowledgeable and efficient. I was hardly aware that it was all happening. All the relevant paperwork just fell into my inbox and I didn’t have to do anything! I would have no hesitation in recommending Freddie if you are thinking about letting your property.

I've been renting through London Shared since February 2026 and my experience has been very positive so far. Monique has been especially helpful and responsive whenever I've had questions or requests, and I really appreciate that ☺️
