Webbers Estate Agents Bude

Phoned this morning as an ‘out of town’ customer wishing to arrange viewings and spoke with Holly. She was really personable and engaging and went out of her way to accommodate. Her love of the area came across and was inspiring. I really hope my agents have a ‘front of house’ of this calibre and enthusiasm.

I recently used LL Estate Agents and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns promptly. From the initial valuation to the completion of the sale, everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. The staff demonstrated excellent knowledge of the local property market and provided honest, helpful advice at every stage. I would highly recommend LL Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Their dedication, professionalism, and customer-focused approach made what can often be a stressful experience smooth and straightforward.

Highly reccomend Charlie Cummins from Intercounty. He really made the difference to our property journey with his professional and very human touch . We used Intercounty via Move plus when selling our home as a part exchange . Can’t fault his communication , crisis ( haha) or solution finding management . Easing the stress in what can be a very stressful process. It’s hard to find good people . The ones that go above and beyond . The ones that make the difference - and so Charlie is defo one to have on your radar should you use Intercounty Bishops Stortford .

Amazing experience! I’m so happy with my new apartment. After viewing 11 apartments with other agencies, Intercounty found the perfect solution for me. Natasha and Shali were absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. As someone new to the UK, I really appreciated how clearly they explained everything and guided me through all the important details. Their dedication, patience, and support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Natasha, Shali, and Intercounty Bishop’s storford to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agency. So far, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

My daughter recently became a landlord because she could not sell her flat. Matt Stapleton at Intercounty was brilliant in every way, helpful, supportive, willing to take the time to explain and investigate queries. He is a credit to himself and Intercounty. Thank you Matt for all your help - it was amazing.

I highly recommend Doug Whybrow at Intercounty for his exceptional professionalism throughout the sale of my property. Finding a buyer is only half the battle, but Doug managed the sales progression flawlessly! He kept the entire chain moving, anticipated issues before they arose, and kept me fully updated every step of the way. He made a stressful process feel completely smooth and manageable. Fantastic service! Thanks a million Doug!

We have been really looked after with viewings from this branch! Jake M was fantastic with bookings, replied quickly and great customer service. Tina showing us round was a star to x

I had a genuinely great experience working with Helen Mehmet. As everyone knows, selling and buying a house can be a very stressful process, but Helen made it so much easier. She was incredibly helpful and always there for us. Helen is friendly, knowledgeable, and really listens to what you need. She was always willing to go the extra mile to support us throughout the journey. I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and reliable agent when buying or selling with Intercounty.

Matt Stapleton, Care & Maintenance Manager, went above and beyond to get things going, to the point he took it “personal” and managed to fix a time critical repair very important for us. To be honest, it has been like that most of the time when we needed any kind of repairs in the house. With his superb work and dedication, he sorted out many problems, which in any other case, we would still be waiting. He always run the extra mile to get things done. Thank you Matt Amazing job
