We just completed on our first home purchase, and are delighted! Doug made sure we all made it over the line, with quite a complex chain. Great communication and support throughout. Thank you so much! Freya and James

I have recently completed my house sale with Intercounty as my Estate Agent. I would like to compliment the staff at Intercounty for enabling a smooth and efficient transaction.
In particular I would like to thank Mr Dougwhybrow who acted as our agent. He was always easy to work with, approachable, and efficient and always helped to 'oil the wheels' when necessary.

I'm delighted we managed to get you over the line in the end. It was such a rollercoaster ride, but it was a pleasure helping you both through it. Wishing you and Jennie every happiness in your new home. All the best Doug
Intercounty in Bishop's Stortford sold my parents house and have been attentive, understanding, and effective from start to end. I must thank Will Jobber and his team that put the photos and marketing together and took care of the viewings, and also Doug who shepherded the sale through to completion once an offer was accepted and did well keeping us posted with regular updates. All of your efforts are much appreciated. I would be happy to work with you all again, thank you!
Cathy was amazing, constantly in touch, responsive, friendly and helpful.

Doug Whybrow, the Sales Progressor at Intercounty was an absolute mensch, he really helped get our sale over the finish line. There were a lot of delays and issues caused by the solicitor, but Doug kept on top of everything and kept the lines of communication going between all the different parts of the chain. His sense of humour also really helped during the stressful moments! Thank you Doug!
