Bought a holiday home through Alex at Bond Oxborough Phillips in Bude. From our first enquiry to viewings to completion, Alex was extremely helpful. We were kept up to date with emails and phone calls along the way. He also provided us with extra information about the properties (honest answers to our questions) and the area, which was extremely useful for out of towners! Purchase of Property in Bude
We received a very high level of service from the agent and in particular, Alex, who was our point of contact during the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable on the area which was vital as this was a business acquisition. I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

Excellent service
The agent provided a Friendly excellent service. They were always prompt at all viewings, Every time they were well prepared and knowledgeable of the property. And once we had entererd into the purchasing stage they continued to be very helpful and were always keen to assist us in communicating with the vendor to quickly get answers to help smooth the conveyancing process.
