First class estate agent
We bought our cottage via BOP and Mat Moore was our main point of contact. He was brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, he always returned calls and was great at communicating between us (buyers) and the vendors. I have recommended BOP to friends who are currently looking to buy in the area and had no qualms about doing so. Our friends are already impressed, just two weeks into the process, with the service they are receiving from the team.

Matt Moore was absolutely superb throughout. He took us through the process, kept us informed and enabled us to arrange several viewings not only for ourselves but for builders and surveyors. Thanks Matt.

Efficient and Easy to deal with

First class service!
Bond/Oxborough/Phillips helped us when we moved to Bude so we used them again we moved house again. Their customer service is second -to -none and all their staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Matt, Clare and Alex were a big help and we would like to thank them for everything. Purchaser of a property in Marhamchurch, Bude.
From the very outset the service received from bond Oxborough Phillips was exceptional, I am delighted that we have brought negotiations to a close but at all times the attention to detail and personal service has been excellent. All members of the team in the Bude office were aware of the various situations and thus there was a seamless approach to the sales process. The fact that team members would ensure contact was made where required during their days off gives a true indication of the value they put on their customers, I would have no hesitation in recommending this team in the future and a special mention must go to Mat Moore who has totally performed way in excess of any one wildest expectations and without whom the process would have collapsed.

Effective & professional - sold our house
Everyone at BOP was professional, charming & helpful.. Right from the start we felt we were in capable hands and were happy with all aspects of the sale. Alex worked very hard to cordinate our chain of 6 and we feel we might never have reached completion without his endeavours. Needless to say we would have liked to pay less but BOP were competitive with local agents and a local agent was vital to be able to market and sell our property.

Outstanding customer service!
As a buyer we were exceedingly impressed with every element of the service we received from your company. We dealt mainly with Alex in your Bude branch. He attended our viewings and went above and beyond every step of the way, right through to completion. He pre-empted most of our concerns and answered our questions/queries within hours, every time. We cannot speak highly enough of his service. Overall a wonderful experience at a very stressful time, we couldn't have asked for more.
