Review as a purchaser
Bond Oxborough Phillips (Bude) not just added value, the purchase would not have happened without them as the house was not on the market. They achieved an excellent price for the vendor and found us an ideal property, with the sale completed at the speed that we hoped for. Vendor, purchaser and estate agent all worked as a team, getting results even with tardy action by solicitors. Staff were all pleasant to deal with and calls and emails were returned promptly. They went "the extra mile" with small details such as the manager changing a day off and his colleague delivering keys, which hugely helped the logistics of the transaction. I have come across 3 really good firms of estate agents over the years and BOP (Bude) are one of them!

Excellent attention, communication and thorough. Very friendly and professional
They were my sellers agents but they gave us a lot of their time and attention answering any queries we had. What I liked best was that if the person I wanted to speak to wasn't available someone else was either able to deal with it or the person I wanted phoned me back as soon as possible. I've had too many promises from other companies that "we'll ring you back" and no one ever did. Bond Oxborough Phillips were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a friendly yet thoroughly professional service in the future.

Sale of home in Bude
Good personable service. Always someone available to talk to me and my 'agent' would call back. Although our home to a long time to sell, the agent didn't lose interest or encourage drastic price reductions. I would recomend them.

Estate Agent communications
I have used Bond Oxborough (as a seller) before and was satisfied with their commitment and effort at that time. On this occasion I was a buyer and found them to be capable and business-like . However the major issue I found during this process (which took a week short of six months from initial bid to completion) was a lack of information on the reasons for the long delay. I had to chase up what was happening through my own estate agent and solicitor, both of whom tried very hard to determine what the problems were. but without much success. I would have preferred a monthly up-date from Bond Oxborough - via my own Estate agent, if only keep everyone in the picture.

Could add more information
Staff pleasant enough and seem to want to help. Information on property not adequate enough, have had better service from other estate agents.
