As a small scale landlord, I rely on Open Doors to find tenants and credit reference them for me. I have found Rachael to be incredibly helpful and hardworking, particularly when a property seemed stuck, with plenty of viewings but no suitable candidates. Her advice was always good and her responses to emails prompt and informative. When the right tenants came along, Rachael put in extra work to get them into the house quickly, to help them out.
