Open Doors - Buckingham

A+ Letting agent, Recently moved to Buckingham and had not used Open Doors previously as a tenant. However I must say that I could not of been more impressed. Very professional, personal approach to both viewings /admin (the essential paperwork) and the ever hectic move process.. Always quick to respond to any question or query and very happy to offer information or recommendations about services in the local area. I would definitely recommend to any other tenant looking to find a reputable reliable agent to use in future.

Open Doors excellent service

Relocating from Yorkshire to Buckinghamshire and trying to find a property to rent, with a dog, was not proving easy but Rachael at Open Doors Agents made the process much better. She was happy to answer the many questions that I had and after the move was quick to sort out a couple of teething problems. She put me in touch with a company to find the best utility deals and was always happy to help. I would highly recommend her for her efficiency and positive outlook.

Professional connecting quality tenants to a quality landlord

Rachael's friendly and professional approach always gets the results my company expects. She understands my company's approach to letting and finds the tenant that suits that approach. Rachael is also a delight to work with.

Professional and trustworthy

As a small scale landlord, I rely on Open Doors to find tenants and credit reference them for me. I have found Rachael to be incredibly helpful and hardworking, particularly when a property seemed stuck, with plenty of viewings but no suitable candidates. Her advice was always good and her responses to emails prompt and informative. When the right tenants came along, Rachael put in extra work to get them into the house quickly, to help them out. I would certainly strongly recommend Open Doors, they are professional and easy to talk to.

Amazing lady very efficient.

Rachael was incredibly good. Did everything quickly and made moving far easier- I will definately always be using open doors and Rachael in particular if I ever move again!! Awesome lady!!!!

Open Doors; Outstanding Dedication

This is my first time going into the property renting world and Kirsty has been brilliant every step of the way. From the first day I moved into the rented property, Kirsty has helped answer any and all questions or queries I have no matter how minor the query. I recently asked Kirsty if she could contact the landlord to put up batons and curtain poles to make the house more homely. Kirsty responded promptly and arranged everything down to a T. When I had a problem with the washing machine Kirsty worked swiftly to arrange for a engineer to come out to fix the problem Overall, I have found Kirsty to be friendly, professional and excels in her role as a property manager. If I was to recommend a property manager to anyone moving to Milton Keynes I would not struggle in my first choice; Kirsty Eke. A true credit to Open Doors.
