As a retired Chartered Surveyor I am in a position to judge my experiences . Throughout the process the staff were attentive, friendly and communicative. Agreeing the purchase price is one thing. Where it goes wrong are the stages after offer and acceptance. She liased with the two solicitors and was an invaluable bridge between me and the vendor and prevented any possible misunderstandings. This is the stage when the sale process so often goes wrong or gets unecessarily protracted .
