Sold our bungalow in Lingwood with S &W. They impressed me from the start at valuation stage, they had obviously done their homework and understood the market. They also had a good marketing strategy which sold our property quickly and conveniently without viewings dragging on. Once sold they followed through to ensure everything went through smoothly and even went the extra mile to post our keyring back to us after we had moved. I recommended to neighbours at the time and at least one also used them successfully.
