Having bought and sold many properties over the years and having also worked for solicitors doing conveyancing I never placed much importance with the after sales team. In fact I'd go so far as to say I'd never come across one which merited the job title - I found them all to be hopeless. Then having just bought another property we were assigned Sarah Short as our after sales progressor and now I have to eat my words. Sarah is by far the most amazing, hard working, professional, calm, thorough after sales progressor I have ever come across. From the start of our selling process we had a very 'awkward' buyer who would have tested the patience of a saint. Sarah negotiated lots of tricky hurdles along the way and there is absolutely no doubt our sale wouldn't have progressed and completed without her. She went above and beyond throughout this process, often emailing us out of hours to pass on any information she had received out of her working hours to put our minds at rest so we didn't have to wait till the next day worrying about it overnight. If you use Starkings & Watson to sell your property - which I would highly recommend (I wouldn't use anyone else) or you are fortunate to be buying your next property through them then you won't go far wrong. From the beginning process of our valuation with Chris to liaising with the lovely Sam at the Brundall office to Sarah taking control and getting us over the finishing line was superb.
