Kian showed us around a delightful house in Brundall today. He was very polite, helpful and well informed about the property and allowed us to explore at our own pace. From our very first enquiry Sarah has been so very helpful. Sourcing properties that we may be interested in and keeping us informed when new properties become available. She is very knowledgeable about the local area, which to us has been invaluable. She very quickly picked up on our likes and dislikes which has made us feel comfortable with the whole process of looking for a property. She has also been very accommodating with viewings as we live out of area.

I came into contact with Starkings and Watson Estate Agency in Brundall by chance, through buying a home they were selling on behalf of a local family. Compared to my own estate agency used to sell my home the whole team were excellent and extremely professional. I was kept informed through regular contact about the process, plus supported when issues arouse. I can not recommend the agency high enough. My main contacts were with Callum and Sarah who managed the sale , giving help and advice as needed. However all the team were excellent and if I rang and was unable to speak to somebody I was always contacted back which is rare these days.

A huge thank you to all the staff at S&W. The bungalow was empty, and we had no less than three extra viewings after having our offer accepted. The family wanted to see it, and couldn’t all come on the same day, then after we exchanged, we needed to take measurements!!! We completed on the sale of my late mother's home last week and I have been very pleased with the service. Sarah and the team at the Brundall branch were really helpful and kept me fully appraised of viewings and the feedback from them and advised on how to respond accordingly. After accepting an offer which met our expectations, Will kept me appraised of the sales progression with regular calls and emails. All in all, I have been very happy with the service from Starkins and Watson and if I was selling a property in the area again, I would choose them to act for me.
