Great! Except for one major thing. Left an outer door completely unlocked. Only did one of 2 locks on the inner door. Not bothered when I complained, just said 'well, it was locked' which I already knew. Didn't take this very serious issue of trust seriously. Shocked by this and the response.

Jury still out at the moment... Most irritating thing is that every email comes from a different name. I've counted seven so far and none of them are who I spoke to.

Can't say I am overly impressed, as house hasn't sold. I know that can't be all down to them, due to current situation, but not once have we been sent the statistics, as promised. Not had any calls from them to check in on progress, or any ideas to improve possible leads. When I've phoned them, and popped in to the office I just get told "houses are selling"........ But not mine it seems! Quite frustrating to say the least!
