First of all, be aware that this is the only agency where you need to pay for your identity checks: they pass you to Lifetime Legal where you will be charged at least £60.00 (the regular price is £4.00 typically covered for you by any other estate agency). Secondly, this particular branch does need customer service training - they promise to call you back but never do. For the last three weeks it was only one way communication for us. Every time we asked them to give us a call back even if there is no news, it has never happened.
