Well i had agreement in principle I made an offer bank declined broker said found another lender then disappeared I lost the flat..good luck if you pick them

Adds to the stress of moving! First of all, be aware that this is the only agency where you need to pay for your identity checks: they pass you to Lifetime Legal where you will be charged at least £60.00 (the regular price is £4.00 typically covered for you by any other estate agency). Secondly, this particular branch does need customer service training - they promise to call you back but never do. For the last three weeks it was only one way communication for us. Every time we asked them to give us a call back even if there is no news, it has never happened.
