The Property Management team are next level! We submitted a repair issue with our boiler, turns out after nearly singeing the gas engineers hair off, that we need a new boiler. It isn't going to happen today, that's ok. However their response was to call and and ask if someone could come over and drop some heaters to ensure us, and the kids wouldn't go cold until the issue was rectified. SERIOUSLY! We brought our first home through Miles & Barr Cliftonville, we always found the staff to be friendly & helpful. Whilst arranging viewings staff were very good at finding houses to match our needs as a family. All the staff at Cliftonville office were extremely helpful especially Alice Fridd & the manager Joe Bull. Our review is mainly based on Louise Daly our sales progressor. Louise went above & beyond to help & guide us through the whole process. Due to Covid-19 our sale went over the normal timescales & Louise was amazing throughout the whole process. Louise always replied promptly to my emails & was there to reassure me when it felt like we would never exchange.
