The Property Management team are next level! We submitted a repair issue with our boiler, turns out after nearly singeing the gas engineers hair off, that we need a new boiler. It isn't going to happen today, that's ok. However their response was to call and and ask if someone could come over and drop some heaters to ensure us, and the kids wouldn't go cold until the issue was rectified. SERIOUSLY! What Agency goes to this level?! I've been renting globally for a while, and my wife and I have lived in 13 different homes over the last 17 years, and no one has gone this above and beyond before!
