Miles & Barr made the buying process as easy as it can be. Their communication during the negotiation period was excellent and we were very happy with how they kept us in the loop throughout. The fact that they had a dedicated agent to act as a liaison between ourselves, the seller and our lawyers really helped smooth out some areas where things might have otherwise slowed down. When we were selling our Margate home we met with four local estate agents and I knew instantly M&B were the company for us. I truly felt like they believed in our home (which was beautiful and historical, but also unusual) and they believed in the area. They do charge a little more as a fee, however, they make that fee back by getting you the best sale price for your home. In terms of the sale, it went through seamlessly and they were supportive every step of the way.
