Amazing service all the way
Amazing service all the way through from viewings, purchase and completion. Particularly good service considering the vendor was based in France. Kim was great with the paperwork and helped to proceed a speedy sale. George is one of the best estate agents in the business with his knowledge of values and properties plus the added bonus of him being devilishly handsome.

Estate agents often have a
Estate agents often have a bad reputation but my experience with CJ Hole was fantastic. The house was sold within one day by George for a price I was really happy with but the real star for me was Kim. She kept the chain moving along despite some major difficulties from my vendors side. Without her tenacity and effort the completion date would have just kept moving further away. When you have experienced other estate agents it makes you realise how good these guys are. Highly recommended.

We have had a number of false
We have had a number of false starts in the selling of our property and in total it has taken about a year to complete. However I am certain that without the consistent and positive efforts of both Ben and Kim we would not have sold our house. They are both hard working, conscientious and have both gone above and beyond in working around our busy family schedule to make sure the right couple bought our property. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a property.

I cannot recommend highly
I cannot recommend highly enough George Mawer and his team at the Westbury branch for the efficient and professional approach they had to selling my late fathers house. From start to finish I was kept up to date, either by email or verbally every step of the way. Selling a house can be very daunting but George and the staff kept the process as simple and smoothly as you would expect from a well run office. Many thanks again.

We would not hesitate to recommend George & the team. As buyers in a fairly drawn-out sale (through nobody's fault) we were always kept well informed of developments. George always did his best to keep things together when they got complicated and was quick & accurate communicating between us and the seller. What more can you ask? Very happy!

I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at CJ Hole. They were totally professional throughout the marketing, viewing and onward sale of my house. The team all knew the property and gave good feedback on the viewings. Having Kim keep an eye on the progress of the sale right up to the completion date was a real bonus, well done CJ Hole I would certainly use you again.

I contacted C J Hole because they regularly sell properties in my area and I was interested in the value of my house. During my initial phone call Christian was very helpful, he took background information and followed up the appointment we had arranged with an email and a letter delivered by hand a few hours later. Tim clearly has extensive local property knowledge and his visit was both interesting and informative. He understood that I'm not planning to move at present and I felt under no pressure at all. I now have a good understanding of where my property sits within the local market and his visit was followed up by a written valuation. A very friendly and professional service, I am glad I contacted them.

CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym Branch Team provided the most professional, efficient and successful service of my five house purchases over forty-five years in Bristol. The Office's extended opening hours and high staffing levels ensured availability and response to Branch visits, 'phone calls and Emails, particularly important as I was absent from Bristol for long periods. The staff are well-trained, experienced, enthusiastic, friendly and courteous. They are good listeners and reply to queries and comments. They provided helpful and practical advice on presenting my property, and how it related to other properties. The property was marketed at a realistic price with admirable paper, office and on-line advertising supported by local knowledge. All viewings were accompanied by staff, with follow-up reports on every viewing. They achieved an offer leading to sale in a very short time, despite uncertain times. Having gained a viable offer, the Team provided continued Sales Progression support until final Completion, by monitoring progress of other parties in my chain, and chasing both Solicitors and other Agents in order to overcome the obstacles and poor communication which commonly afflict the later house purchasing stages. I have no reservations in recommending CJ Hole.
