Recently sold my property
Recently sold my property through c j hole in Westbury- on- Trym, I found tom and the team, to be very efficient and professional. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and advice, many thanks to Tom Kim and the team. Would recommend c j hole, with out hesitation.

The whole team worked very
The whole team worked very hard to obtain the sale of my property. It was no easy task to remain positive as the sale fell through twice albeit through no fault of anyone at CJ Hole. However throughout the process I was kept fully up to date on progress and I was given full and immediate feedback from any viewings- a very professional approach.

We have been extremely
We have been extremely impressed by CJ hole, from when we first met Ben, last summer, who from the first viewing we had, was proactive and thoughtful in the properties he recommended for us to visit. There was nothing that we didn't like. When we did find the perfect place he acted quickly and made the difference in helping us secure the purchase. Which we are so grateful for!! Kim then took over, who has also been amazing she is again extremely proactive and has kept both sides up to date in what turned out to be a very drawn out and stressful purchase due to issues on the property we were selling! We have nothing but praise for CJ hole as a company the two people we have dealt with Ben and Kim have been outstanding from start to finish!! Thank you both we are so grafeful to you for taking some of the stress out of what was a very stressful situation.

House buying can be a real
House buying can be a real mess at times, so many people involved, so many things to go wrong. But the team at CJ Hole were the much needed glue to hold all of this together. Always on hand, we were really impressed with the service they provided in both our sale and purchase. CJ Hole seem to have the market wrapped up in the BS9/BS10 area, and there is a good reason for this!

We cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at CJHole. They provide exceptional levels of service and communication and nothing is too much trouble. George and his team inspired confidence from our first meeting and throughout the sales process, with daily progression and communication, constantly on hand to smooth the way and ensure the deal went through. First rate service. This team
First rate service. This team worked their socks off to sell our house. Communication was exceptional - clear, detailed, and regular. We have dealt with several other estate agents recently and this team was head and shoulders above the rest. Once we had accepted an offer they worked quickly and efficiently to push the sale through as rapidly as possible. Whenever I rang it didn't matter who picked up the phone they all knew me and the details of the sale, and this made life a lot easier not having to explain everything all the time. We have no hesitation in recommending this team. Don't waste your time with other less experienced and less efficient agents, engage George and his excellent team.

Our experience with CJ Hole
Our experience with CJ Hole has been nothing short of fantastic. George and Ben have been professional, patient and hugely helpful whenever we have spoken to them on the phone or in person and Kim has been really impressive in driving our sale through to a successful conclusion. We can't speak highly enough of the team and would like to thank them for all their hard work and help. They are head and shoulders above the competition.

Franchisee owner Chris Hill is Bristol born-and-bred and is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).
