After viewing a few properties with other agents, our first meeting with Joanne (Jo) at CJ Hole stood out, it was a pleasure. Jo is warm, genuine and easy to talk to. It was clear Jo also had a good relationship with the vendors, and whilst selling is a big part of Jo's role, she was not pushy. As first time buyers we were dreading the house buying process (after hearing horror stories from friends) and were clueless about it all. After placing an offer, and despite it being very late in the day, Jo took the time to sit down with us, talk us through the process and answered all our questions. After an acceptance on our offer, Kim, the Sales Progressor at CJ Hole, called to introduce herself. Kim has been a huge help and without her we feel things would not have run anywhere near as smoothly. Kim was dealing with a nervous chain at the top end. She kept us update constantly and advised us what we needed to be doing at each stage without piling pressure on. She answered any queries we had and always responded quickly. Kim came across as highly experienced, professional and extremely calm considering the pressure she faced trying to juggle everyone. We can't thank her enough and wouldn't want to do another buy without her!

I had a great experience with both the CJ Hole Henleaze and Westbury-on-Trym offices. It started with good marketing and valuation advice from George M, and then brilliant property photographs by Tom. CJ Hole were very fast and efficient - written information and confirmations were delivered quickly, and they were ready and waiting for me to release the property to the market. George made sure that the sales team visited my house so they were able to describe it and show it to potential purchasers. The sales team for my property - Neasha, Joanne, Christian and Jonny - were very professional, likeable and driven to sell my house. However, my main praise and thanks would go to Kim - Sales Progressor. From offer acceptance through to exchange and completion, there were many delays and surprises . All through this Kim remained calm and professional, and focused on keeping everyone in the chain up-to-date. I was also able to talk to Kim for advice and guidance. I believe that without Kim's hard work there was a real risk that the chain could have collapsed. I had seriously considered selling the property myself without an agent, but my own work commitments would not have allowed me to spend as much time as Kim did to ensure my sale and purchase were successfully completed. Excellent service from westbury-on-trym and henleaze branches. Big thanks to Kim, Jo, Tom, Johnny and everyone involved. Sold promptly, and plenty of viewings. Also went above and beyond the call of duty in the conveyancing right to completion. Thank you all so much and I would definitely recommend you to anyone buying and selling.

Great proactive approach from all the team, especially Jo. Set clear expectations throughout and always followed up with returned calls and queries answered. Very efficient and personal.

Lorraine was very helpful and communicative throughout the buying process. Any queries we had were answered promptly and she was always keen to keep us in the loop.

I used CJ Hole Westbury to help sell my farther-in-law's house. Their estimate was the median of the agents quoting and their valuer was the best of the bunch being neither dull nor pushy. Their estimate was not achieved but they were professional and realistic and I wanted a quick sale. The buyer they found was honest and straight forward and we suffered no last minute offer reductions. The office staff were contactable and helpful. The delays we suffered were down to the conveyancing solicitor not the agent. From my experience I would recommend them.

CJ Hole have the best presence in Westbury on Trym where my flat was. I did originally buy my property through them and over 20 years later they are still there. Completely professional throughout and so helpful and friendly to deal with.
