Fantastic service throughout
We used CJ Westbury to both sell our existing property and buy our new one. The service we received from the whole team was fantastic, we were looked after throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say that they took the stress out of the process, I can highly recommend them.

Professional, friendly and
Having dealt with numerous Estate agents in Bristol recently - CJ Hole were by far the best at communicating. They are upfront and friendly - able to answer questions in a given property and unlike some others, their after-sales communication was the same as when they were trying to get our business.

Couldn't have asked for
The whole team were fantastic throughout the process of seeking out property; professional, extremely capable, proactive and thoroughly nice people. We dealt with Ben for the initial sale and viewings who was accommodating, offered expert advice where appropriate and found buyers (on two separate occasions due to initial purchase falling through) almost immediately. Kim then progressed the sale to the point of exchange and came across as extremely competent, very proactive - to the extent that, in a chain of four other properties, I'm not sure we'd have exchanged without her liaising with all parties up and down the chain - and, like Ben, an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Faultless
From the moment we walked into the office George and his team were nothing but great. The attention to detail when holding viewings for our property was exceptional and the level of communication was second to none throughout the whole process. Once we had accepted an offer Kim ensured the process ran smoothly throughout and kept both ourselves and the buyer informed every step of the way. To complicate the matter we were purchasing a new build property with a 28 day exchange policy and the team worked tirelessly to ensure that we hit this target. I am delighted with the whole service and can't recommend them highly enough.

Our office is prominently positioned in the heart of Westbury on Trym, specialising in both residential sales and lettings, property management as well as new home and land sales, we have a wide range of properties to suit every individual need. Franchisee owner Chris Hill is Bristol born-and-bred and is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices.
