We had an amazing experience with Liberty when moving into our rented property. Libby knew my boyfriend and I were hoping to move out of our parents’ homes and find a place together, and she found the perfect house for us - great location and great price. She contacted me directly on a Friday to discuss it and arranged a viewing for the following Tuesday. The property hadn’t yet been listed, as the previous tenant hadn’t moved out, so no one else had seen it. Because competition for rental properties in Brigg is outrageous, I was worried it might go online before we had a chance to speak with the landlord. But Libby called the landlord immediately after our viewing, and within an hour we’d been accepted! She made the whole experience completely hassle-free, and I’m so grateful for her help. Without her, we would probably still be living with our parents. We were then passed to the lettings department, who completed all the verification checks, and we moved in the following Friday. The entire process took just two weeks, which is incredible given the current rental climate. DDM made everything stress-free and seamless so I would highly recommend!

I have had a great experience using DDM as my EA, the communication and friendly service was better than I have experienced in previously used agents. In particular Mollie who dealt with my purchase, she could not have done any more to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying in the area.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with both my own solicitor and the buyer’s, and without Liberty at DDM the sale would never have gone through. She stepped in time and time again to keep things moving, took ownership where others didn’t, and genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. Her professionalism, communication, and determination were exceptional throughout. Liberty is an absolute credit to DDM, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thanks again Liberty!

The care and attention that DDM in Brigg put into the sale of our home was second to none! Liberty was absolutely fantastic and a credit to the office, even if I was a pain of a vendor! Thank you for always going above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible especially given the circumstances!

Having recently sold through DDM in brigg I couldn’t recommend them enough! Liberty and the team were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you again for everything!
