Having had our 4 bed detached on the market for over 6 months with only time wasters viewing we thought 'lets try another agent'. We talked to quite a few who trotted out the usual 'reduce the price'. People had told us not to bother with DDM but what's to lose and let's see for ourselves. Wham, Bam fab-U-lus. The MD came round, loved the house/location and 48 hours later it was sold. There was a long chain with the buyer but the DDM team were on it, chasing, pushing and keeping us posted almost on a daily basis. The sales adviser looking after us was Mollie - to say she was brilliant doesn't do her justice. Outstanding young lady. Would we recommend DDM--- Yeah, I guess so.😁😁

Baron's are by far the best estate agent I have ever used. Trevor Lee especially is super helpful, goes above and beyond and keeps the communication channel open at all times ensuring all in the chain get an honest assessment of progress. Top notch!
