We had an amazing experience with Liberty when moving into our rented property. The property hadn’t yet been listed, as the previous tenant hadn’t moved out, so no one else had seen it. Because competition for rental properties in Brigg is outrageous, I was worried it might go online before we had a chance to speak with the landlord. But Libby called the landlord immediately after our viewing, and within an hour we’d been accepted! She made the whole experience completely hassle-free, and I’m so grateful for her help. Without her, we would probably still be living with our parents. We were then passed to the lettings department, who completed all the verification checks, and we moved in the following Friday. The entire process took just two weeks, which is incredible given the current rental climate. DDM made everything stress-free and seamless so I would highly recommend!
