We had an amazing experience with Liberty when moving into our rented property. Libby knew my boyfriend and I were hoping to move out of our parents’ homes and find a place together, and she found the perfect house for us - great location and great price. She contacted me directly on a Friday to discuss it and arranged a viewing for the following Tuesday. The property hadn’t yet been listed, as the previous tenant hadn’t moved out, so no one else had seen it. Because competition for rental properties in Brigg is outrageous, I was worried it might go online before we had a chance to speak with the landlord. But Libby called the landlord immediately after our viewing, and within an hour we’d been accepted! She made the whole experience completely hassle-free, and I’m so grateful for her help. Without her, we would probably still be living with our parents. We were then passed to the lettings department, who completed all the verification checks, and we moved in the following Friday. The entire process took just two weeks, which is incredible given the current rental climate. DDM made everything stress-free and seamless so I would highly recommend!

Reply from DDM Residential Brigg: Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed and heartfelt review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear how smoothly everything came together for you both, finding your first home together is such a special milestone, and it’s wonderful to know Liberty was able to play such a key part in that.
She’ll be thrilled to hear your kind words, especially knowing that her quick actions and personal approach helped secure the property before it even went to market. In such a competitive rental climate, that makes all the difference.
We’re also really pleased to hear the lettings team made the rest of the process just as seamless, guiding you from checks to move-in within just two weeks.
Thank you again for the glowing recommendation, it truly means a lot to the whole DDM team. We hope you’re loving your new home, and if you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help.
