5 Stars for Courtney! We're moving into Basingstoke for the first time and Courtney has been amazing throughout the whole process. We had some issues with the broadband router being delivered to our flat before we were able to move in and the estate agents were super helpful and went round to put it in the flat for us - definitely above and beyond service! Communication is excellent, especially compared to other estate agents we've rented with before!!

She took the time to explain everything clearly, was always responsive, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Although my experience with DDM was relatively short, it was an excellent one. In particular, Mollie was fantastic - friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. After deciding to sell my house, DDM had it on the market remarkably quickly and made the whole experience feel effortless. Unfortunately, I later had to withdraw the property from the market, but the team were extremely understanding and supportive when I made that decision.
