Rented through them at Brigg office staff very helpful and lovely people..but it ends there when you get the keys you are then dealt with by the scunthorpe office who are not nice or helpful and the repair team they use GAS AND CARE should be reported to watchdog they are total cowboys and left a string of damage and dangerous electric wiring that my landlord had to put right ,im lucky that my landlord rents direct to me and in the event of any work needing doing gets qualified professionals in .I would avoid renting from them if you can.
