Leon came across very professional. He was attentive, polite, clear and knowledgeable.. There were some issues with the previous tenants, Leon was very helpful and efficient in resolving these. Most important, he found a good tenant for us..
Rachel is always quick to respond in a friendly and helpful manner when we have any issue at the flat. I am very happy to count on her efficient service.
As a landlady, I do not really worry about anything at all since all the staffs who deal with my property are very professional, friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the service they have provided to me. I would like to take this chance to say many thanks to all of them at Brentford branch: Rachel Flynn, Rachel Webb, Paulina Madden,Alice Carrick… …
After 5 weeks of searching with so many different Estate Agents and so many different houses, we finally found the place that really match our needs. Unlike others,Thorgills knows to listen what we want and does not make us loose our time. Plus they explain everything very carefully, so that we understand all legal procedures. Im really happy and impressed with this Agency.
Leon was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Property viewing was an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Leon to anyone.
I had been trying to rent out my apartment in Chiswick for over a month with a different agency. Once I got in touch with Thorgills, Regan McSweeny managed to rent it out in one day at a great price, and the whole process was very smooth. Thanks!
I am very impressed with the professional service Thorgills provided me after I approached them to help me prepare to potentially rent out my flat. They have made the prospect of renting out my flat appear far less daunting.
Regan was efficient and organised in helping me get a tenant into my flat in record time. We only had about three full days, and everything went remarkably smoothly. Thank you!
