Leon is super polite and professional, and very knowledgeable about the properties we viewed and the surrounding areas. Really appreciate his time and effort in taking us on two rounds of viewing! Very personable and helpful, couldn't ask for a better agent to help us on our search.

Leon is thoroughly professional, polite, and patient. He was very knowledgeable about all the properties we looked at, he offered helpful advice and recommendations, and we felt that he had our best interests at heart. We actually took a property with another Thorgills branch, but Leon was more than happy to show us around his properties again for the benefit of my partner who was absent the first time around, despite us being quite far along on finalising the lease with the other branch. Leon was incredibly helpful during our viewing, despite the property we were booked to see already been let out he took us to another one which we ended up putting an offer in for! Couldn't have been more helpful with our questions and during the process to secure the flat! Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent through Thorgills.

Very helpful service

Rachel has provided me with an excellent service - she was very supportive when there were difficulties with the tenant and was endlessly helpful and co-operative when there were hurdles to overcome. Thanks to her attention to detail and diligence i was able to recover 100% of the tenant's deposit. She does her job extremely well!

Leon is one of the best agents I've met while searching for a property to rent. He actually did listen to my requirements and offered only the best matches not loosing any of my time.
